Joe Kenyon

Before becoming a driving instructor with CSM, I drove a HGV for a local company from Lincoln who put me through my training at the age of 18. Long hours in the lorry (and observing a lot of poor drivers!) gave me plenty of time to think about how I could pass on my expertise to those wanting to learn and develop their skills!

At 27 I decided that my time driving trucks had come to an end and becoming a driving instructor was the next career step for me. Despite not being an instructor for long, I am proud to have a healthy pass and success rate!

I understand that learning to drive can be a scary experience however I like to think that my calming nature puts people at ease and instead, creates a fun learning environment to build skills and encourage safer driving for life! When I am not working, I enjoy playing golf, long walks with our crazy Labrador, and teaching my girlfriend how to reverse park! (she’s been driving for 6 years!)
